About the role:
As we continue to evolve we have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team.
Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel team engagement the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:
- Establish clear performance goals and inspire lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
- Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
- Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
- Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations Health & Safety HR & Training Sales Marketing and Revenue.
About you:
An inspiring leader with a burning passion for hospitality you have a proven pedigree as a hotel leader and will be excited to take the hotel to the next level. You are:
- Innovative creative and excited by change.
- A sociable character who your team will follow yet also analytical monitoring your business forecasting the future and driving the team to capitalise on all the right opportunities.
- Effective in time management organised and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
