Title: Biology Lab Assistant STUDENTS ONLY (Federal Work Study)

Salary Range: 12.00/hour

Standard Hours:15/week

Work Location:OnSite

Job Summary

Gateway Community and Technical College invites applications for the Federal Work Study (Student Only) parttime position of Biology Lab Assistant. This position will support the department by helping to maintain Biology labs at the Edgewood and/or Boone campuses.Student will help maintain the cleanliness organization and safety of Biology labs and prepare reagents/prep labs under the direction of the laboratory coordinator.

The Federal Work Study program provides funding for parttime employment to qualifying students. If you have unmet financial need as determined by the most recent FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are enrolled at least halftime 6 hours) at Gateway and have a GPA of at least 2.0 you may be eligible for FWS.
