Summary:The Infusion Clinical Manager oversees patient care operations including planning organizing and evaluating the clinics activities. They develop strategic goals and processes to enhance and improve the practice while ensuring alignment with the mission vision and values. Additionally they manage and evaluate the performance of the patient care staff promote collaboration within the practice and take a leadership role in identifying and addressing factors that impact outcomes.
Qualifications:
Ohio Registered Nurse License
BLS Certification
Oncology Certified Nurse
Essential Duties:
Available when the clinic is open and as needed.
Develop mentor and inspire a crossfunctional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients teammates and community.
Adhere to budget manage vendor relationships order supplies and monitor compliance
Promote Columbus Oncology and Hematology and F.O.L.L.O.W. culture.
Ensure appropriate staffing including recruiting selecting orienting training and ongoing mentorship of newly hired staff. In addition the management of equitable workloads unplanned absences daily schedules and paid time off
Foster evidencebased practices and patientcentered care.
Policy and procedure implementation and routine review.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain appropriate supply of medications and medical supplies.
Maintain value added services as appropriate.
