Job Description
Qualifications:
- Ohio Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- Oncology Certified Nurse
Essential Duties:
- Available when the clinic is open and as needed.
- Develop mentor and inspire a crossfunctional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients teammates and community.
- Adhere to budget manage vendor relationships order supplies and monitor compliance
- Promote Columbus Oncology and Hematology and F.O.L.L.O.W. culture.
- Ensure appropriate staffing including recruiting selecting orienting training and ongoing mentorship of newly hired staff. In addition the management of equitable workloads unplanned absences daily schedules and paid time off
- Foster evidencebased practices and patientcentered care.
- Policy and procedure implementation and routine review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain appropriate supply of medications and medical supplies.
- Maintain value added services as appropriate.
