Job Title: Intellectual Property Solicitor

Are you a seasoned Intellectual Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE looking for your next career challenge We are supporting a highly respected law firm with a national presence renowned for its expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) law. As part of their continued expansion they are looking for skilled Solicitors to join their dynamic IP team in Sheffield.
About the Role:
As an Intellectual Property Solicitor you will work on a broad range of IP matters providing strategic legal advice to highprofile clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on trademark copyright and patent matters.
- Drafting and negotiating IPrelated contracts and agreements.
- Conducting IP due diligence and offering strategic guidance on IP portfolios.
- Managing IP disputes and handling litigation proceedings.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to create robust IP protection strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years PQE in Intellectual Property law.
- Proven experience managing IP matters from inception through to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge in trademarks copyright and patent law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a clientfocused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
