Job Description
Location: Rocklin CA (OnSite)
Job type:Direct Hire
Salary:$61K$80K
A fullservice national marketing/advertising agency in Rocklin California is seeking a fulltime inhouse Creative Graphic & WordPress Web Designer.This is a fulltime 100 onsite rolewith a small company 10 employees 5 remote) reporting directly to the president and SEO manager and working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- You will be working under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Coordinator & Supervisor
- In collaboration with your supervisor defining project plans project tasks dependencies resources and timelines
- Outlining projects within Project Management System
- Serving as a point of contact for clients gather required assets from clients for jobs
- Making sure projects stay within timetables and budget
- While completing all the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations
Onboarding
- 30 Days: Learn the job shadow the SEO Manager understand systems and begin project work.
- 60 Days: Develop a clear understanding of expectations and processes.
- 90 Days: Fully operational contributing independently to projects.
Requirements
YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
- Bachelors degree in graphic & web design or related field of study
- Strong technical skills in graphic & web design (ideally5 years experience but open to candidates who demonstrate strong soft skills even if they have less experience)
- 2 years successful track record as an SEO Specialist or similar experience with SEM/SEO social media and direct response display advertising (online analytics preferred)
- Google AdWords certification is a plus
- Facebook advertising experience is a plus
- Mastery in Illustrator InDesign PhotoShop HTML 5 Fireworks Acrobat and CSS3
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of WordPress sites some JavaScript Google PPC Campaigns Organic SEO Responsive Websites Blogging Social Media.
- Strong conceptual design and typography skills
- Ideal candidate will be comfortable using templates as a starting point but capable of creating original innovative work
- Ideally someone who has worked in an office environment in the past as this role is 100 onsite
- Must be a selfmotivated team player eager to contribute to the businesss growth
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resultsoriented with strong attention to detail
- Portfolio to showcase creative skills and abilities
