Job Description
Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker (with clarity taste and drive)

At Johnson Security Bureau were looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker whos ready to help shape the visual language of safety professionalism and community empowerment. Your work will support internal training public education and brand storytelling all grounded in real-world impact.
What Youll Do:
- Design and animate training videos explainer graphics and branded content
- Create clear effective visual assets for digital and social channels
- Collaborate with editors designers and internal teams to ensure consistent visual delivery
- Build templates and workflows to scale production efficiently
- Occasionally support edits for live-action footage or events
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in motion design
- A sharp visual eye and a clean purposeful aesthetic
- Proficiency in After Effects Illustrator and Premiere (CapCut Photoshop Figma bonus)
- A strong portfolio that shows range and intentionality not just flashy motion but effective communication
- Experience working with instructional corporate or training content (a plus)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit with a builders mindset
