The opportunity
The Associate Vice President of Campus Admission will report to the Vice President of Admission and oversee a fulltime staff of 25 across the offices of domestic FirstYear Admission domestic Transfer and Graduate Admission International Admission and Dual Enrollment. You will work with peers from Marketing Analytics Student Affairs Student Financial Services Academics Advising and other divisions to guide support and realize campus strategic goals and enrollment goals.

In this role:
- You will be our campus chief enrollment officer working with the Executive Vice President of Campus Administration and other enrollment partners from the campus community.
- You will provide leadership and support for implementing tactics required to fulfill university and campus strategic goals.
- You will develop an annual datadriven comprehensive campus recruitment and enrollment plan aligning resources and creativity to increase outreach and achieve enrollment goals.
- You will also use your expertise and data to conduct an ongoing competitive analysis and provide recommendations within the competitive New England market.
- You will establish and manage team retention and engagement goals and set the strategic direction for department.
- You will hire train and monitor a team of leaders to ensure quality in operations and interactions with prospective students.
- You will ensure that the team complies with state federal and university policies and all Title IV and accreditation rules related to student recruitment.
- You will be comfortable with providing and receiving feedback including annual performance management reviews.
- You will conduct ongoing team development including weekly oneonone coaching sessions and quarterly all hands meetings.
- You will partner with Academic Deans and divisions across campus to develop student acquisition and meet campus strategic goals according to SNHUs mission.
- You will use data to operate the department. You will measure performance based on application volume yield rate event attendance recruitment travel volume and other metrics.
- You will set clear measurable baseline expectations for all team members.
- You will manage the campus admission budget together with partners from our finance team to ensure our needs are met while being fiscally responsible. This includes managing external vendor relationships and contracts.
- You will be visible and engaged in the daily activity of the admission team and campus community.
- You will display excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to manage situations well under pressure.
- You will model a high level of customer care for prospective students families and internal members.
- You will lead and represent the admission team at recruitment and university events and be comfortable presenting to large groups.
- You will be a part of the Vice President of Admissions leadership team that includes leaders responsible for multiple aspects of recruitment at SNHU including campus and online admission.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of higher education leadership experience focused on campusbased recruitment and enrollment that includes experience with firstyear transfer and international recruitment at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
- Experience managing teams of 15 people.
- Experience partnering with financial aid marketing advising and academic colleagues.
- Record of exceeding recruitment goals
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and SIS such as Banner or other similar system

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $110590.00 $176978.00. Actual offer will be based on skills qualifications experience and internal equity in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $122202.00 $165333.00.
