A great place to start is as a Daily Production Operator. Youll also develop a deep understanding of the cycling industry setting you up for a long lasting successful career with us.
How youll make a difference
Directly impact and build the best rider experience in the business.
Support the daily bike build production for the ship to home department.
Daily activities will vary and will not be limited to:
o Picking product
o Organizing resources for the department
o Monitoring inventory levels
o Preparing bikes to be assembled or packaged.
Assist the Special Operation team identifying and simplifying bottle necks in the production line.
Help pioneer practices to modernize the brand.
Performed a variety of tasks around reworking product before shipment.

5 Days a week 40hour work week some overtime may be required.
Summer seasonal role with flexible end date in September/October.
