Experience & Requirements
- Pay: Up to $19.90
- Familiar with HIPPA regulations. medical terminology. scanning. Request for Information processes
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum oneyear medical records experience.
- Familiarity with the Problem Oriented Medical Record (SOAP) system essential.
A background check security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Medical Records Clerk with YesCare:
- Retrieve medical charts for all healthcare staff or clinicians as requested. File daily all in use medical records. Secure all active and inactive medical records.
- Assure that charts are countersigned by Physician check charts for completeness.
- Release information at the direction of the Medical Records Supervisor Medical Director or Health Services Administrator.
- Answer the telephone take messages and make telephone calls. Type letters reports and memorandums.
- Maintain a roster or appointment book for all scheduled patient appointments both on and offsite.
- Order receive and maintain office supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
