RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the Service Technician you will be directly responsible for helping to keep our guests cars running at peak performance.
- Day to day you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections identifying mechanical concerns and providing an accurate diagnosis for each customers vehicle.
- You are responsible for executing complex repairs on various vehicle systems such as brakes suspension and electrical components.
- While utilizing cuttingedge diagnostic tools and equipment you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Our Service Technicians are required to maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Additionally you will be responsible for communicating effectively with the Assistant Service Managers to provide timely and clear explanations of the repairs needed and answer any associated questions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes and electrical components.
- Excellent communication attention to detail and problemsolving skills are required.
- A clean driving record is a mandatory requirement in addition to a valid instate license and automobile insurance.
- Must possess a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous formal automotive training or certification is desirable.
- Experience with Toyota Service and/or products is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
