Job Description
Identify strategic territories through customer analysis and industry trends to determine where ChampionX should have an increased physical presence. Analyze financial operational legal and technical feasibility of expanding operations and create business cases for CSuite approval working with internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation. Monitor project progress against plans identifying and addressing any issues that arise. Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders. Facilitate project team meetings including regular checkins and status updates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements. Manage project scope and change requests ensuring all changes are appropriately documented and communicated. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required. Conduct postproject reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned. Prepare and submit grant applications as needed coordinating input from Permian leadership team. Liaison with funding source(s) to inform advocate clarify needs follow up on applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Project Management or a related field and five 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the oil and gas sector or a related position. Experience must include: Experience in artificial lift and production chemistry; Managing multiple projects concurrently (Agile ALS Design Work); Project management methodologies and tools including Agile Scrum Power BI and JIRA; Engaging in financial analysis of capital projects contract ROI utilization and investment decisions; Stakeholder Engagement; Legal Review & Negotiation of Master Service Agreements Proposals compliance Real Estate Contracts and Dispute Resolution; Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies.
Managing facilities moves including construction. 2530 domestic travel required.
