- Gestionnaire Service Infrastructure Manager (Bilingue / Dorval)
Fonctions essentielles du poste:
Grer ou diriger des quipes responsables des services dinfrastructure et superviser leurs activits quotidiennes.
Soutien llaboration et lexcution de stratgies et de projets dinfrastructure. Surveiller et maintenir les performances la disponibilit et la scurit des systmes dinfrastructure.
Collaborer avec dautres quipes ou clients pour comprendre et rpondre leurs besoins dinfrastructure.
Mettre en uvre et adhrer aux meilleures pratiques et normes dinfrastructure.
Agir en tant que point de contact pour rsoudre les problmes et les incidents lis linfrastructure.
Aider la cration et la maintenance de la documentation sur linfrastructure.
Participer loptimisation de lallocation des ressources pour les projets et les initiatives dinfrastructure.
Qualifications de base:
Baccalaurat dans un domaine pertinent ou une combinaison quivalente dtudes et dexprience
En rgle gnrale plus de 7 ans dexprience de travail pertinente dans lindustrie avec un minimum de 3 ans dans un rle similaire
Exprience prouve dans la gestion de la technologie de linfrastructure
Comptences en gestion de projet et en connaissances techniques
Un apprenant continu qui reste au courant des connaissances et de la technologie de lindustrie
Autres qualifications
: Un diplme dtudes suprieures dans un domaine pertinent est un plus
Les certifications pertinentes telles que CCNP AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner ou CompTIA Project sont un plus
Bilinguisme Francais et anglais
Doit dtenir un permis de travail canadien valide pour une dure indfinie

Gestionnaire service Infrastructure Manager Bilingual/Dorval)
Essential Job Functions:
Manage or lead teams responsible for infrastructure services and oversee their daily activities.
Support in the development and of infrastructure strategies and projects.
Monitor and maintain the performance availability and security of infrastructure systems.
Collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
Implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards.
Act as a point of contact for resolving infrastructurerelated issues and incidents.
Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
Participate in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
Proficiencies in project management and technical knowledge
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CCNP AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or CompTIA Project are a plus
Must speak and write French and English
Must have a Valid Indefinite Canadian Work Permit
