Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will analyze business operations develop key performance indicators identify risks and drive strategic initiatives to enhance accounting processes. You will collaborate with senior leadership provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and lead crossfunctional teams in implementing new systems. Your focus
- Analyze complex highlevel business operations and strategies.
- Establish close working relationships with relevant stakeholders to gather data scrutinize processes and devise optimal strategies for refining accounting operations.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge accounting process efficacy identify performance trends and recommend actionable strategic improvements.
- Identify potential risks and control gaps within accounting processes; devise and implement strategies to minimize potential threats.
- Handle multiple accountingwide projects in a fastpaced environment with businesscritical deadlines.
- Drive strategic initiativesto enhance accounting processes and systems ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadershipto develop and implement longterm financial strategies and objectives.
- Provide expert guidanceon complex accounting issues and regulatory compliance matters.
- Lead crossfunctional teamsin the design and implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
- Mentor and support junior analysts while promoting a culture of continuous growth.
- Conduct highlevel financial analysisto support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or a related field.
- 5 8 years experience in finance and accounting process improvement and accounting experience is required.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive business process analyses documenting workflows and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Profound understanding of accounting systems controls and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities coupled with careful attention to detail.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in liaising with crossfunctional teams.
- Keen attention to detail exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with accounting software and tools along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Microsoft Visio experience is a nice to have.
