WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a CX Systems Specialist with a passion for delivering world class support experiences using wellorchestrated technology. Your focus will be on planning and executing projects to improve the key technological systems involved in communicating with and supporting onX customers. You will be a part of our Customer Experience team that builds customer confidence through uncomplicated informative and friendly support experiences. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic growing company focused on making an impact on the business and on the many customers who interact with the company. This role will serve as a support systems administrator at onX and will report to the Director of Customer Experience.

As an onX CX Support Systems Specialist your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like:

onX has created a thriving distributed workforce community across several US locations. This position can be performed from an onX corporate office Basecamp or Connection Hub.

HOW YOULL BE COMPENSATED

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position applicants can expect to make between $72000 to $80000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience skills certifications and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition fulltime onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10 based on company performance.
