Our Chubb Associate Program is a great starting point for individuals seeking an entrylevel role in the insurance industry. As a Risk Consulting professional at Chubb youll have the unique opportunity to conduct onsite inspections of some of the most architecturally significant residential properties in the country. You will learn to leverage your expertise to identify analyze mitigate risks and develop a customized plan for reducing the potential for loss for our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate potential challenges with proactive strategies empowering them to operate with confidence. Each day youll take pride in providing valuable insights including evaluating all structures on the property and establishing a preloss estimate for replicating their features. Qualifications
  • Aptitude for numbers and an interest in home construction and design
  • Technically adept/digitally savvy
  • Skilled at quickly adapting to diverse situations and effectively communicating with a wide range of personalities
  • Selfmotivator with a strong grasp of time management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
  • Willingness to assist with catastrophic loss response team
  • Relocation/mobility may be required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required (multiple majors will be considered); backgrounds in construction architecture fine art or residential appraisal are encouraged.
  • Strong GPA; 3.0 or above required.
  • Preferred prior work experience including but not limited to summer jobs parttime roles or internships.
  • Preferred leadership experience including but not limited to work involvement in community service athletics clubs or other activities.

For Risk Consulting roles: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is a requirement for this role and you are expected to maintain it throughout your tenure.
