What Youll Be Doing:
As a Sales Representative at KeyGlee youll play a key role in connecting investors and sellers using your sales skills to negotiate deals that benefit all parties. This is your opportunity to sharpen your expertise close highvalue transactions and thrive in a fastpaced rewarding industry.
- Confidently negotiate property prices and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Leverage your sales expertise to close deals and exceed targets.
- Track progress through daily KPIs and surpass weekly and monthly goals.
- Collaborate with a supportive team committed to your success.
Work Schedule:
- Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Strong phone communication skills
- Positive attitude and selfmotivated drive to succeed
- Real Estate License is a plus

Pay Structure:
- 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
- After training base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
- Our top reps earn anywhere from $5000 to $12000 per month in commissions
- Well review the commission structure in full during your interview
