Job Description
Details:
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks workstations and all mobile devices.
- Ensure all IT systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime and disruptions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information and protect against potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security.
- Monitor systems for security breaches and respond promptly to any incidents.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware software and networkrelated issues promptly.
- Manage the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors including negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of services and products.
- Develop and manage the IT budget identifying costsaving opportunities while maintaining system reliability.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations including data protection laws and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networks security and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
