Superintendent Data Center Construction
Location: DFW (Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex) Area
Schedule: Onsite with potential night/weekend work as needed
Travel: Some travel may be required for multisite operations within the DFW area

Were seeking a Data Center Superintendent to lead construction maintenance and operations of missioncritical facilities. This role is ideal for a highly organized detailoriented leader who ensures projects run efficiently safely and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction expansion and maintenance of data center facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and best practices.
Manage subcontractors vendors and onsite personnel to maintain efficiency.
Monitor timelines budgets and resource allocation for projects.
Implement best practices for energy efficiency cooling and power distribution.
Maintain and enforce security protocols to protect infrastructure and data.
Conduct inspections quality control checks and performance evaluations.
Troubleshoot operational challenges to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
Prepare detailed reports on project status maintenance and system performance.
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in data center construction or operations.
Strong knowledge of electrical HVAC and mechanical systems.
Proven leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field (preferred).
