Job Description
Abbey Logistics A UK and European Industry Leading food and nonfood tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit the following;
HGV 1 TANKER DRIVER 4 on 4 off Tramping
Liquid Tanks (Experience preferred but not essential)
Chocolate Tanks (Experience essential)
4 on 4 off Tramping
Full time permanent
Based at our Hull depot
Loading and unloading of Liquid tanks / Chocolate
Tanker experience preferred.
Allocated unit
15.26 (first 20weeks employment) raising to 16.26 after.
1000 loyalty bonus at the end of first 12 months of employment
26.20 per night out
The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently deliver customer products using bulk liquid tankers throughout the UK.
Duties will include:
Collection & Delivery of product in tankers to and from customer locations
Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
Using your digital handheld device to record all circle checks and deliveries
Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines
Experience
Hold a full LGV CE (Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years (no more than 6 penalty points)
Tanker experience essential
Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
