Design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems ensuring alignment with best practices.
Be the goto technical expert during sales implementation and expansion helping clients navigate our platforms capabilities.
Support and consult implementation teams on integrating Ben with HR payroll and benefits systems ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap providing valuable client feedback to improve features and usability.
Ensure longterm success by troubleshooting postimplementation issues driving adoption and optimizing integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including customerfacing guides UAT logs and bestpractice libraries.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest in benefits technology helping to shape innovative solutions and improve implementation processes.
3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering technical consulting or software engineering.
A problemsolving mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
Outstanding communication skills allowing you to translate technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience with HRIS payroll systems or benefits technology
Familiarity with programming languages like Python
Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
Prefer a slowpaced highly structured work environmentthings move quickly here and adaptability is key.
Are not comfortable taking full ownership of your work and being accountable for your results.
Thrive on routine and predictability rather than embracing new challenges and thinking creatively.
Need established processes and rigid frameworks to operate effectivelywere a startup and sometimes were still figuring things out as we go.
Struggle with ambiguitywhile we provide guidance there will be times when you need to navigate problems independently.
