Job Description
Helms Bros. is currently looking for a talented selfmotivated Sales Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team then we encourage you to read on. Full time Monday through Thursday 12pm 8pm Saturday 9am6pm Off Friday and Sunday

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Sales & administrative Department while providing basic information when needed
- Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
- Computer.Excel and light administrative work
- Ensure prospects are engaged with promptly
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
Maintains a professional appearance
