Senior Specialist Supply Network Planner

The Role:

Entegris is growing and hiring a Supply Network Planner for our Round Rock TX location! In this role you will be the single point of contact for the Business Unit leaders to assist with endtoend supply planning. You will be able to perform global supply and inventory planning activities that complement the business strategy while embracing a culture focused on proactive behaviors that improve performance and productivity.

What Youll Do:

• Establish global stocking and planning strategies by SKU including maketostock (MTS) assembleto order (ATO) and buytoorder (BTO) to optimize inventory while delivering the required service level.

• Coordinate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) settings across MRP controllers to be consistent with stocking and planning strategies.

• Manage Division Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) including collaboration with Production Planning & Operations driving mitigation of supply constraints implementing supply constraints into the Demand Plan as part of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

• Manage global supply versus demand and allocation decisions in collaboration with the Business Unit related to finished goods that are forecasted and distributed for sale as a part of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and Sales and Operations (S&OE).

• Oversee & optimize inventory levels globally; establish inputs for safety stock algorithm used to set safety stock levels; ensures daysonhand (DOH) and overall inventory are optimized and that goals are met; actively mitigate risk of excess and obsolete inventory and MRB inventory.

• Support OnTime Shipment (OTS) performance coordinate improvement initiatives across functions globally.

• Be the subject matter expert related to SAP processes and of all endtoend supply chain functions including Forecasting & Demand Planning Purchasing Production Planning & Scheduling Distribution Planning processes.

What We Seek:

• 45 years of inventory planning & control production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment and distribution planning model while working in a crossfunctional and matrixed environment.

• Bachelors degree preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge and hands on experience in MRP and/or ERP systems specifically related to inventory control materials requirements planning distribution planning item master settings demand planning and production planning. Experience as master scheduler is a plus.

• Experience with S&OP process .

• Proficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze supply vs demand capacity and inventory data.

• Ability to turn data into information conclusions & targeted action.

• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills to drive solutions related to complex supply chain models problems and characteristics.

• Ability to detect and challenge when direction or supply plans arent sound.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in all levels of the organization.

• Sound decisionmaking ability with the confidence to implement those decisions.

• Proven record of success in a dynamic customerfocused environment.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• APICS certification in CPIM or CIRM
