Local Truck Driver Cedar Rapids IA
This is a full time driving position home every day. Requires a Class A CDL and Tanker endorsement. Hazardous Materials endorsement must be obtained within 60 days of hire date. Some weekends and holidays will be required in order to ensure timely deliveries. Full time employees are eligible for a full benefits package and paid vacation accrual on day 1.

Job Summary
The driver must be able to plan trips (breaks fuel stops customer appointments weather traffic & construction city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances.
Equipment operated includes semitruck tanker pneumatic alcohol. Trailers are primarily smooth bore tank primarily hauling corn syrup caustic and denaturant. Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions.
Essential Job Functions The individual is required to follow all government company & customer policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to FMCSA OSHA EPA DOL & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last ten years Tanker Experience Preferred
Must be 24 years of age or older
Commercial License REQUIRED Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement (Hazmat will need to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not already held.
Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
No more than one chargeable accident within the last three years
No more than one moving violation ticket in the last three years
ADM Trucking requires completion of a DOT physical and drug screen (with a lift test).
Hiring for multiple shifts day and night. Positions include local driving in and around Cedar Rapids.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
