Trebor International is looking for a skilled and detailoriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role youll be responsible for assembling and testing AODD pumps service kits and subassemblies used in the semiconductor industry. Youll work independently with minimal supervision ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance.
Starting at $19.00/hr Quarterly Bonus
Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test AODD pumps service kits and subassemblies following detailed work instructions.
Inspect components for accuracy and fit making necessary adjustments or replacements.
Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing of pumps.
Set up and operate test stands fixtures and other specialized equipment.
Read and interpret product drawings diagrams and standard work instructions.
Train and support team members on product assembly processes.
Maintain clear communication with peers and leadership to ensure smooth production flow.
Transport parts and completed products to designated areas for shipping stocking or rework.
Identify and document product defects determining whether items should be reworked or sped.
Utilize hand tools such as crimpers cutters torque wrenches and measuring instruments.
Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Excellent handeye coordination and dexterity.
Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in manufacturing assembly or production is preferred but not required.
