Were looking for a candidate with a proven ability to rapidly craft innovative practical crossfunctional solutions to complex business challenges. As an Incubation Product Manager at Scale youll start by leading a project to deliver highquality data for a clients model improvement then drive highimpact moonshots across product engineering and operations to advance our business. You will:
- Identify and validate moonshots that could deliver 10x impact by uncovering transformative operational technical and product opportunities
- Prototype and experiment with new solutions by running analyses conducting experiments and building earlystage prototypes to test ideas
- Grow to take ownership of scaling a successful initiative and lead the charge on new moonshot projects
- Deliver measurable business outcomes that enhance Scales ability to improve generative AI models through highquality data
Ideally youd have:
- Strong technical (e.g. SQL Python) problem solving skills
- Enjoyment of complexity and ambiguity
- Creativity and vision to identify bold transformative opportunities and craft innovative practical solutions
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in fastpaced undefined environments
- Intensity and pragmatism to quickly drive business outcomes
- At least 23 years of industry experience in a technical field
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience interview performance and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant. Youll also receive benefits including but not limited to: Comprehensive health dental and vision coverage retirement benefits a learning and development stipend and generous PTO. Additionally this role may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
The base salary range for this fulltime position in the location of San Francisco is:
$160000 $192000 USD
