- Plan execute and oversee restoration projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling resource allocation and equipment management.
- Conduct onsite inspections to assess damage create restoration plans and monitor progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project .
- Maintain accurate project documentation including reports budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and resolve projectrelated issues promptly utilizing problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes enhance customer satisfaction and grow the business.
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Strong background in Inspection and Logistics Management.
- Excellent leadership organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to work both in an office setting and in the field adapting to varying work environments.
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Job management systems Excel or similar).
- Previous experience in restoration or a related field is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fire water and mold damage restoration is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
