As part of our hiring team youll play a vital role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every candidate who walks through our doorsvirtually or in person.
As our teams Talent Coordinator youll be at the heart of our hiring process from coordinating interviews and providing onsite support to sourcing and screening top talentyoull play a key role in making the hiring journey smooth and stressfree. Youll also help manage job postings track applicants in our ATS and assist with offer letters and candidate data tracking. Beyond hiring youll help create a connected workplace by supporting company events and engagement initiatives.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment and since so much of what we do involves inperson interactions and support were looking for someone who can be onsite five days a week. If youre organized peoplefocused and excited to contribute in a handson way wed love to have you on our team!
What Your DayToDay Will Involve:
- Coordinating Interviews Youll be the master of scheduling ensuring that interviews happen seamlessly for both candidates and hiring managers. From arranging times to prepping interviewers youll help make sure the process feels effortless.
- Candidate Experience & Onsite Support First impressions matter and youll be the friendly face (or voice) guiding candidates through their journeyfrom their first interview to their onsite visit. Youll provide helpful information answer questions and make sure they feel confident and prepared.
- Sourcing & Screening Talent Youll help discover incredible candidates review resumes and assist in identifying the best fit for our teams. Whether through job boards referrals or direct outreach youll play a key role in bringing top talent into the pipeline.
- Managing Hiring Systems & Processes Youll support job postings track applicant progress in our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and handle key administrative tasks like offer letters and candidate data tracking.
- Company Culture & Events Beyond hiring youll help create an amazing employee experience by supporting company events and engagement initiatives. Whether its a new hire meetandgreet or a companywide celebration youll help foster a welcoming and connected workplace.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- A BS/BA degree is great but not required and we welcome transferrable experience what matters most is your experience and passion for the role!
- 23 years of talent coordination or administrative experience (or similar experience that shows your ability to stay organized manage multiple requests at one time and support a busy team).
- A natural people person who provides excellent customer service with patience professionalism and a positive attitude. Answering questions and getting information to candidates will be a key part of success in this role.
- Someone who handles confidential information with care and professionalism.
- A flexible proactive problemsolver who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently.
- Excellent time managementyou can juggle multiple priorities stay organized and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.

- A selfstarter whos not afraid to take initiative and make things happen.
- Strong communication skillsyou know how to interact professionally with all levels of an organization whether its in person over email or on the phone.

- Reliability matterspunctuality and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.
$75000 $85000 a year
Compensation will also include a 10 bonus and RSUs at offer.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for noncommissionable roles or ontarget earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to jobrelated skills depth of experience relevant certifications and training and specific work location. Based on the factors above Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus equity and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Well provide you training for and ask you to maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
