Description

We are looking for anexperienced dealership Service Advisor to join our elite team!

This position is essential for our Service Drive which is very fastpaced. We are looking for individuals to provide worldclass customer service.

In this position you will identify problems with automobiles gather information about warranties and provisions for service coverage and draft orders for repairs to be done. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs. Were counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance. We offer inhouse training and support as well as competitive compensation.

The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience andis a high energy individual who has:

  1. Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and parts
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics customers and senior management
  4. Determined selfstarter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are musthave qualities for the Service Advisor position.

Qualifications

Two or more years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
Brandspecific knowledge preferred
Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Must have a valid drivers license and be in good standing
Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
Have a desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Reynolds and Reynolds experience; preferred
