Master Data Integration Responsible mfx

We are seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven Master Data Integration Responsible to drive integration projects and management of master data across Avantors global operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth data management system synchronization and compliance with organizational standards. This position is project based and currently limited to 18 months.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Data Management or a related field (Masters preferred)
• 35 years of experience in data integration project management or a similar role
• Proven experience in leading largescale master data integration projects in complex global environments
• Strong knowledge of master data management data governance and integration processes
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP CRM etc. and integration tools
• PMP PMI or other project management certifications are preferred
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing crossfunctional relationships and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results
• Professional English skills (written and spoken)

• Develop lead and manage master data integration projects from planning through ensuring timely and successful delivery (maintain project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans)
• Ensure that data governance principles and best practices are adhered to during data integration processes
• Work on the continuous improvement of master data quality consistency and accessibility across systems
• Collaborate with various internal teams (business IT operations etc. to identify integration needs and design data management strategies ensuring that all parties are aligned at all times
• Generating of ad hoc and outside the box solutions to adapt to changing circumstances
• Monitor and report on project progress performance and key metrics
