As aCorrections Facility Maintenance Manager 3 you will provide technical and administrative assistance to facility maintenance managers and institutional staff. You willdesign and evaluate perimeter intrusion detection systems closedcircuit television (CCTV) systems and telecommunications systems. You will also advise staff in the implementation of all building electronics electrical plumbing and mechanical maintenance by providing guidance and support that ensures work adheres to technical trade standards codes and policy. This role requires effective communication and strong organizational skills to advise executive staff on appropriate applications and emerging security technologies while managing project schedules and conducting field visits. In addition you will serve as the project manager for preliminary planning meetings develop project budgets and assess the vulnerability of security systems.
