Job Description
Centrex Rehab is delighted to be the new provider of therapy at Park River Estates Care Center located in Coon Rapids MN. We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to work fulltime 40 hours per week). The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills be organizedenjoy helping people and be passionate about making a difference. We are offering a $40000 signing bonus!

This position is eligible for:
- Hourly base pay rate between $34.68and $44.55depending on years of experience
- Generous $40000 sign on bonus
