Responsibilities
In This Role You Will:
- Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATIs mission fostering a culture of highquality patientcentered care.
- Manage clinic operations including staff development productivity and patient care standards while driving consistent positive outcomes.
- Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team.
- Support team development by providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcomefocused treatment plans.
- Build strong relationships with patients the community and key referral sources including referring physicians.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role.
