Job Description

Your opportunity

New Relic is seeking a handson strategic marketer to join our growth marketing team. This role will develop and optimize lifecycle communications to drive engagement build pipeline and accelerate business growth. This role will work crossfunctionally with product sales (SDRs) and marketing teams to define needs manage programs endtoend and create innovative campaigns and nurture experiences that engage key personas across all business segments.

What youll do

  • Work closely with the Director of Demand Gen and Director of Integrated Campaigns to identify aligned priorities and programs to support pipeline
  • Partner with content team to identify messaging and strategic opportunities to generate impact with personabased messaging
  • Propose proactive growth opportunities to generate new business for New Relic
  • Work with the marketing operations team to build new nurture programs and optimize digital channel performance include strategic audience segmentation/retargeting
  • Deepen our understanding of customer behavior identify patterns in their behavior and interactions across nurture touchpoints
  • Manage KPIs own campaign performance and use data and insights to build and refine personalized experiences

This role requires

  • 46 years of marketing experience in demand generation or growth function; ideally in B2B and/or tech company
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple areas of marketing such as; paid media email organic social web SEO
  • A clear track record in driving success in growth marketing acquiring retaining and engaging leads/customers
  • Bachelors degree
  • Selfdriven wellorganized detailoriented dataobsessed mindset with creative approach
  • Proficiency in MarTech tools like Marketo Salesforce Tableau etc.
  • Strong communication and writing skills

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with growth programs for Saas tech company agency or inhouse
  • Understanding of Engineer and DevOp personas as well as Enterprise and Commercial buyer personas
  • Marketo and/or Salesforce Certification

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated factors such as an applicants skills qualifications and experience.
