Five Elephant is a specialty coffee roastery and bakery based in Berlin known for our dedication to quality thoughtful sourcing and sustainability. Our coffee is served in some of the worlds leading restaurants and cafs and we are committed to building lasting relationships with producers and customers alike.
As we continue to grow we are looking for aJunior Account/Sales Assistant to support our B2B sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee enjoys working directly with customers and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Your Role
As a Junior Account / Sales Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale business ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of service and guidance in selecting brewing and presenting our coffee. Your work will help build longterm relationships and contribute to our companys continued success.

Your Role
As a Junior Account / Sales Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale business ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of service and guidance in selecting brewing and presenting our coffee. Your work will help build longterm relationships and contribute to our companys continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing an account portfolio to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Support clients with their needs including cupping sessions training and product recommendations.
- Provide account representatives with the insights and support they need to develop strong partnerships.
- Contribute to sales strategy and targetsetting using data to inform decisions.
- Assist with coffee equipment sales including espresso machines brewers and grinders.
- Help coordinate and represent Five Elephant at events conferences and coffee festivals.
- Work closely with marketing dispatch and training teams to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Your profile
What Were Looking For
- Experience in the specialty coffee industry is essential.
- Some experience in sales account management or customer success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
- Technical knowledge of coffee equipment and barista operations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trustbased relationships.
- A proactive mindsetcomfortable with initiating customer interactions and identifying opportunities.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Based in Berlin or able to relocate.
