The Physician Recruiter will recruit physicians and advanced practice clinicians onsite at locations in Washington and Oregon. Primary responsibilities include developing innovative and effective recruitment strategies interviewing and proactively sourcing viable candidates working with hiring leaders to ensure candidates fit both the cultural and professional needs of the organization and coordinating site visits.
Minimum three 3 years experience in PHYSICIAN RECRUITING is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in a teamfocused environment and execute various recruitment projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of applicant assessment and fullcycle recruitment process. Maintain candidate pipeline and serve as communication liaison for all personnel involved in the hiring process.
- Participate in screening applicants on the phone and attending inperson interviews at various clinic locations in our community.
- Responsible for the creation posting and maintenance of open positions in HR information systems social media sites advertising forums and professional sites/journals.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with candidates and members of the recruitment team including clinic managers directors department chairs and all levels of staff.
- Offer topnotch service with excellent communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Provide timely and regular follow up with candidates and participate in the contract negotiation process in collaboration with department leadership and medical directors.
- Create dynamic candidate experiences through careful planning of onsite interviews and community tours. Provide detailed information to candidates regarding the Clinic and community as well as the Clinics compensation and benefits plans.
- Represent Vancouver Clinic at national conferences and job fairs. Prepare trade show displays for physician recruiting. Help design recruiting documents and organize recruiting events.

- Possess critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to explain Vancouver Clinic contract retirement plan benefits shareholder status and compensation plans.
- The Physician Recruiter will maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate meetings with candidates or administration before or after normal business hours.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Healthcare Management or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum three 3 years experience in physician recruiting is required.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Workday preferred.
Pay Range:
$74817.00 $112225.00
