Job Title: Qualified Solicitor / Associate 58 years PQE) Commercial Dispute Resolution
Location: Manchester North West England
Salary: per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for commercial dispute resolution Our client a wellestablished firm with offices across the North West of England is looking to recruit a dynamic and qualified solicitor/associate with 58 years PQE to join their growing team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters ensuring clients receive toptier legal advice.
- Provide support and guidance to senior fee earners trainees and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases ensuring a smooth workflow and highquality service delivery.
- Liaise with clients advising on a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract professional negligence and shareholder disputes.
- Represent clients in negotiations mediations and litigation.
Essential Requirements:
- 58 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong focus on commercial dispute resolution.
- Proven track record of handling a varied caseload including litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members contributing to the overall growth and development of the department.
