Job Description

Essential Functions:

Carries a patient census of 13clients as your schedule allows
Developstheplan of care/treatment
Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
Provides interventions and therapeutic treatments

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Current FL licensureas a physical therapist
In the last five 5 years two 2 years of experience as a physical therapist

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required:

Proof of current CPR certification
Able to visually and aurally observe and assess the patient.
Able to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and scheduling.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

Leon Gadsden or Wakulla county your choice
Work isperformed in a clients residence
Physical activity up to50 lbs.
