Job Description
Required Skills5 years of experience in lab (devices) operations management or a related field.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in handling devices Android device testing MH (Mobile Harness).Experience in devices power testing and functional testing.Ability to understand and work with different personalities managing stakeholders.Experience creating replicable processes.Comfortable handling hardware tools including ability to perform hardware modification duties including soldering screwing etc..Preferred Skills:Experience in mobile and wearable device testing.Experience with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.Lab Operations and QA Support:Support devices setup / flashing builds phone pairingRun power tests and manual functional tests on Android devices.Troubleshoot power test failures and document analysis details Identify and report bugs.Metrics and Reporting:Develop KPIs and measurement metrics for lab operations.Regular monitoring and Reporting of Inventory updates.Generic SkillsDetailoriented and able to successfully work with multiple stakeholderAbility to navigate through ambiguity.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Continuous learning mindset.Work from MTV office 5 days a week
