Job Summary:
As an Employment Service Coordinator you will help our people with disabilities to successfully work and earn a paycheck at our customers sites. You will help our people with disabilities grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible.
How will you make a difference
As part of team you will help our people with disabilities in the following areas:
- Train coach and assist our people with disabilities while working at our business customers site
- Be a liaison between our business customers and our clients to ensure the success of the work program
- Assist our clients develop and enhance their work skills
- Communicate & collaborate with the people with disabilities representative county case manager referral sources coworkers for Opportunity Partners supported services.
- Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy
- Grow and develop their social skills

DESIGNATED COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- A designated coordinator may have a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services education or health and one year of fulltime work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
- A designated coordinator may have an associate degree in a field related to human services education or health and two years of fulltime work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
- A designated coordinator may have a diploma in a field related to human services education or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of fulltime work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services education or health and four years fulltime work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children and is under the supervision of staff person who meets the designated coordinator qualifications listed above.
