Job description
Oversee all aspects of IT for Fortinet LATAM region
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security integrity performance of the IT infrastructure
Maintain and manage IT infrastructure and operational priorities
Lead and provide technical assistance to a team of IT professionals
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers on contracts and issue resolution
Partner with crossfunctional leaders to develop solutions consistent with organizational objectives
Perform other IT related projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
10 years of experience of enterprise IT infrastructure environment including cybersecurity networks platform storage telephony server rooms
Proficiency and handson experience of cybersecurity and network devices and software
Experience managing MPLS IPSec VPN encryption platforms and policies
Expert knowledge in TCP/IP DNS DHCP operation systems and applications data flows
Handson experience in managing firewall platforms network security such as AV IPS DLP
Understanding of system integration project management remote team management
Customerservice oriented work ethic
Strong communication analytical presentation and teamwork skills
Understanding of ITIL framework O365 Teams
Bachelors degree in information system or computer science
Fluent in English Spanish or Portuguese
