Title:

As a Systems Engineer the candidate will provide the technical guidance and oversight in support of the customers Integration Verification/Test Validation & Transition (IVVT) function. Candidate will support a Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the future GEOINT Ground Architecture that will provide the user community with capabilities in a modular open architecture that provides global persistent realtime surveillance and activitybased intelligence information. This position supports a hybrid agile process with the Government as the overall integrator. As an IVVTfocused Systems Engineer in coordination with Integration Leads Requirements and Testing subject matter experts candidate will lead the customers ComponentLevel IVVT activities including gathering normalizing and inputting required data into the customers requirements verification traceability environment and tools to support the standardized verification process and conducting/supporting inspection event coordination and in order to support the selloff of ComponentLevel requirements. The chosen candidate will support Enterprise and ComponentLevel test planning and coordination across stakeholders perform testrelated analysis and produce metrics and generate and review IVVT documentation and status reporting. The customer environment is comprised of a variety of commercial and custom test management tools including TestRail. Candidate will support various requirements closure and readiness assessment events. Candidate will work with the customer to ensure IVVT work is planned in accordance with their agile processes and implementation using JIRA and Confluence tools and will support the administration of the customers engineering tools and environments (JIRA TestRail Confluence and custom). The position may be called on to perform assessment and consultation on various SE and IVVT functional areas and tools as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: the IC acquisition and requirements processes of requirements derivation decomposition and selloff; software test planning management integration and reporting

• Experience providing fulllifecycle systems engineering and integration (SE&I) support for complex systems

• Experience and ability to work collaboratively with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries

• Great customer teaming skills with the ability to lead and collaborate in crossfunctional teams

• Accomplished written communicator and public speaker

• Ability to organize schedule and accomplish a wide variety of tasks

• Experience supporting sensitive mission activities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Agile planning and using JIRA and Confluence tools

• Experience with TestRail and/or Zephyr

Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
