Service Advisor
Ryan Motors
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team! You will be joining a great team AND have a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Our service advisors help customers get back on the road and stay on the road by recommending repairs and preventative maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communications skills
- Customer Service experience is essential
- A positive attitude is a must
- Possess a desire to succeed
- Outgoing personality
- At least 21 years of age
- Have a valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present solutions and options to customer for vehicle repair
- Recommend preventative maintenance
- Prospect and contact existing and potential customers to make them aware of manufacturer special offers and recalls
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set followup appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Strive to become a product knowledge expert
