Job Description
- Managing and storing data using computers software databases networks and servers.
- Writing programs maintaining networks analyzing systems and providing technical support.
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Installing highlevel software security systems.
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Troubleshoot printers faxes credit card machines laser printers impact printers camera systems hard drives iPads
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licenses/emails a must
- Knowledge of CDK and their equipment/firewall/switches a plus
- Knowledge of Nuspire and their equipment/firewall/switches a plus
- Strong communication skills
