We are a renowned international manufacturer of rotating equipment specialising in highquality products for industries requiring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene. As part of our ongoing growth were expanding our team and looking for a skilled Project Manager to join us.
What Youll Do:
As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects from start to finish. You will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure that client requirements are met on time every time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing large technically complex requests for quotes and tenders.
- Overseeing full project lifecyclesfrom enquiry through to project closewhile ensuring seamless communication with production teams.
- Drafting and sending quotations as well as managing orders related to projects.
- Interpreting customer needs and proposing the most suitable pump solutions for their processes.
- Managing all projectrelated documentation including technical drawings datasheets contracts and more.
What Were Looking For:
We need someone with a strong technical background who can quickly learn and interpret engineering drawings. Ideally youll have experience managing projects in an engineering setting with knowledge of pumps and fluid handling equipment being a bonus. In addition you should be:
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiar with CRM platforms with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.
- A great communicator who is confident organised and highly collaborative.
- Flexible willing to assist colleagues with pump enquiries as required.
A strong team player is essential as we take on complex projects and work within tight timelinesyour ability to collaborate effectively will be key to our success!
Additional Info:
This is a fulltime officebased role with potential for hybrid working arrangements after probation.
