We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the East Suffolk Councils Housing Services as a Neighbourhoods Manager.
Your role
Reporting to the Operation Lead Housing Services you will manage an operational team responsible for providing tenancy management services to our residents. These include but are not limited to; tenancy management/sustainment void performance monitoring ASB management and monitoring estate management and improvement and efficient tenancy administration.You will focus on providing the best possible services to our tenants whilst enabling East Suffolk Council to meet its obligations in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2003 and striving for positive customer outcomes and satisfaction.
What you will need
You will have previous experience of supervising and developing staff in a similar housing setting and have a strong track record in performance management and improvement. You will hold a relevant Housing qualification is essential for this role as is excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
