DescriptionReporting to the Manager of the Account Management team this role will be responsible for generating revenue through consultative and technical selling while providing best in class support and service. The position will be supporting key existing customers to increase sales and to promote new products and product categories. The candidate must have a high attention to detail be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES:
- Act as primary point of contact with key customers by managing a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline track and close deals
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annualKPIs
- Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic productpartner
- Utilize marketing data to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze sales results and insights to help drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Consistent communication to customers between Inside and Outside sales teams
- Ability to learn and comprehenda large range of product knowledge in order to deliver endtoend solutions
- Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress
- Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all businessinitiatives
- Up to 20 travel to attend key customer meetings prospecting new leads trade shows and industryevents
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2 years experience in Sales Pipeline Management
- Experience witha CRM
- Ability toanalyze sales results and make changes as needed
- Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams Zoom etc.
- Problemsolver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities
- Willing to travel up to 20
