Clinical Director
*Internal Candidates Only*
Independent Licensure Required LMHC or LICSW
The Clinical Director provides training and mentoring to a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide recovery oriented clinical mental health services. The Clinical Director exemplifies the values inherent in recoveryoriented services including creating a respectful work environment actively engaging people in community services and participating in continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Director provides guidance and support in clinical documentation engagement strategies risk mitigation and therapeutic interventions.
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical supervision and assists in selecting intervention strategies for persons receiving services in both group living environments and in their own homes as part of the community that we serve.
An exciting growth opportunity to develop clinical supervision skills leadership skills foster an environment that promotes creative clinical development and collaborate with macro level entities (healthcare systems state agencies and other community partners) after obtaining your LICSW or LMHC!
Schedule: 40 hours Monday Friday with Hybrid Opportunities

Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate others as well as promote collaboration amongst team members and foster a cohesive work culture.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) and the ability to provide supervision and guidance.
- Willingness and ability to engage with stakeholders such as the Department of Mental Health healthcare providers and families.
- Participate in an oncall rotation and have scheduling flexibility.
Required Experience
- Masters degree and independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) required.
- Four years related experience.
