Job Description
Do meaningful work in your community. BAYADA work oneonone in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
We have job openings in the following locations:
- Baldwin PA
- Brentwood PA
- South Hills PA

Job Responsibilities for DSPs
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience training is available through our apprentice program
- High school diploma or equivalent
