We are seeking a Software Engineer Appian to join our dedicated team and lead the charge in developing sophisticated software solutions that drive mission success. What Youll Do
As a Software Engineer Appian youll:
- Gather analyze and define requirements to design software and web technologies that meet client needs.
- Develop maintain and enhance complex software systems while adhering to formal design processes and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software challenges ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.
- Provide expertise in system design product integration and the adoption of new technologies to optimize application performance.
- Work in highside Linux environments to support and enhance missioncritical applications.

Qualifications
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Clearance: Active TopSecret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI and a polygraph.
- Certifications: Security certification.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Java and Python (any level of experience accepted).
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases (any level of experience accepted).
- At least 2 years of experience designing developing or supporting Appian or Appianbased applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to complete development work in secure highside Linux environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with government clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in cloud technologies and understanding of the DIA engineering environment.
- Proficiency in user feedback capture process creation and sustainable system improvements.
- Experience with FIDBOSX and engineering federal government core processes using Appian.
