Job Description
A leading rehabilitation center in Queens NY is seeking a Rehab Program Director with a strong background in mental health and addiction treatment. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage daily operations oversee admissions and guide a team while maintaining a businessminded approach to program growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daytoday operations of the rehab program.
- Managing client admissions and ensuring an efficient intake process.
- Supervising and supporting a team of mental health and addiction professionals.
- Conducting clinical assessments as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and treatment best practices.
- Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
- Tracking key performance indicators and optimizing program efficiency.
- Collaborating with external agencies and community partners to enhance services.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Mental Health or a related field (required).
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within addiction treatment.
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment methodologies and clinical best practices.
- Businessminded approach with experience managing operations and budgets.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with strategic program development.
